
Exodus 16. 2. In the desert the whole community grumbled against Moses and Aaron. 3. The Israelites said to them, “If only we had died by the Lord’s hand in Egypt ! 4. Then the Lord said to Moses, “I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. In this way I will test them and see whether they will follow my instructions.

Exodus 14. 14. When the dew was gone, thin flakes like frost on the ground appeared on the desert floor. 15. When the Israelites saw it, they said to each other, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was.

Exodus 19. 20. The Lord descended to the top of Mount Sinai and called Moses to the top of the mountain. So Moses went up 21. and the Lord said to him, “Go down and warn the people so they do not force their way through to see the Lord and many of them perish. 22. Even the priests, who approach the Lord, must consecrate themselves, or the Lord will break out against them.”

Exodus 21.1.“These are the laws you are to set before them:15. “Anyone who attacks their father or mother is to be put to death.17. “Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.23. But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, 24. eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

Exodus 24. 12. The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.” 15. When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it, 17. To the Israelites the glory of the Lord looked like a consuming fire on top of the mountain. 18. Then Moses entered the cloud as he went on up the mountain. And he stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights.

Exodus 25.1.The Lord said to Moses, 2. “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give. 3. These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze;

Exodus 32. 1. When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said, “Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.” 2. Aaron answered them, “Take off the gold earrings that your wives, your sons and your daughters are wearing, and bring them to me.” 3. So all the people took off their earrings and brought them to Aaron.

Exodus 32.15. Moses turned and went down the mountain with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands. They were inscribed on both sides, front and back. 19. When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain.

Exodus 32. 20. And he took the calf the people had made and burned it in the fire; then he ground it to powder, scattered it on the water and made the Israelites drink it. 21. He said to Aaron, “What did these people do to you, that you led them into such great sin?” 22. “Do not be angry, my lord,” Aaron answered. “You know how prone these people are to evil.

Exodus 32. 27. Then he said to them, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Each man strap a sword to his side. Go back and forth through the camp from one end to the other, each killing his brother and friend and neighbor.’” 28. The Levites did as Moses commanded, and that day about three thousand of the people died.

Exodus 37.1. Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood-two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. 2. He overlaid it with pure gold, both inside and out, and made a gold molding around it.

Exodus 39.36. the table with all its articles and the bread of the Presence; 37. the pure gold lampstand with its row of lamps and all its accessories, and the olive oil for the light; 38. the gold altar, the anointing oil, the fragrant incense, and the curtain for the entrance to the tent; 42. The Israelites had done all the work just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Leviticus 1.1.The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said, 2. “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When anyone among you brings an offering to the Lord, bring as your offering an animal from either the herd or the flock. 3. “‘If the offering is a burnt offering from the herd, you are to offer a male without defect. You must present it at the entrance to the tent of meeting so that it will be acceptable to the Lord. 5 You are to slaughter the young bull before the Lord, and then Aaron’s sons the priests shall bring the blood and splash it against the sides of the altar at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 13. an aroma pleasing to the Lord.

Leviticus 1.8. Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat, on the wood that is burning on the altar. 9. You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water, and the priest is to burn all of it on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.

Numbers 13.31. But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” 32. And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. 33. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”

Numbers 14.28. So tell them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very thing I heard you say: 29. In this wilderness your bodies will fall-every one of you twenty years old or more who was counted in the census and who has grumbled against me.
